Professional ideals:
I have few ideas in my head that I would like to keep a secret for now. My goal is to be a well-mannered and approachable educator who will always be there for learners/students whenever they need me.

Which personal music experiences are most memorable to you?
The privilege of learning how to play a violin within twelve months, as well as working with Prof Taljaard during my first year who helped me to be where I am today with theory. In addition, having a chance to work with different lecturers from different countries has broaden my musical experience because they all work differently.

Which television shows can you watch over and over again?
Believe it or not, I’m still mesmerized by cartoons. I’d rather put my school work on hold or rather be late for class just to watch Sofia the First, even when I’ve watched the episode, I’ll watch it again.

Favourite food:
I can’t say no to fish no matter how full I am.

Favourite drink(s):
Dry lemon soda drink as well as mixed berries juice.

How do you relax?
I relax by locking myself in my room then play WestLife music, if not concertos from different composers.

Which places would you still like to visit?
Mauritius, of course, Bermuda, Vienna and Paris.

What is your favourite moment of the day/week/year at the Conservatory?
Musikhane: working with those learners makes me feel like a professional educator. The learners are easier to work with and they cooperate as well as showing respect that I never thought they would.
